SelectaPlay and indie developer Baby Robot Games have released a brand-new PlayStation 5 demo for their sci-fi stealth platformer Ereban: Shadow Legacy, giving console players an early look at the shadow-driven adventure ahead of its full launch later this year.
The demo is now live on the PlayStation Store and offers players the chance to step into the role of Ayana, the last descendant of a forgotten race navigating a fractured world ruled by the powerful energy corporation Helios.
A Stealth Platformer Where Light and Darkness Are Weapons
Ereban: Shadow Legacy blends fast-paced stealth gameplay with fluid platforming and supernatural abilities. At the heart of its mechanics is the Shadow Merge ability, which allows Ayana to fuse with darkness itself. Players can slip through shadows, phase across gaps, ambush enemies, and infiltrate hostile environments in creative ways.
The PS5 demo introduces the game’s opening prologue, showcasing its core stealth systems, traversal mechanics, and the moral choices that shape Ayana’s journey. Rather than forcing a single playstyle, Ereban gives players the freedom to avoid confrontation, outmaneuver enemies, or eliminate threats entirely.
Visually, the game contrasts ancient ruins with towering industrial complexes, reinforcing its themes of lost civilizations, technological dominance, and corruption.

Alongside the demo announcement, SelectaPlay confirmed that Ereban: Shadow Legacy will launch digitally on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S in 2026.
For collectors, a physical PlayStation 5 release is also on the way, with both Standard and Collector’s Editions available to pre-order. The Collector’s Edition will include:
